As a transgender minor in the U.S. It's interesting to compare and contrast between over here and China, it's honestly quite similar, even if it seems like there's more apprehension towards Hormone therapy over there.

But how do they determine if a case of transgenderism is legitimate and not just a porn addiction?
Maybe this is a western problem because that is the case of at least 60% of transgender people here, and the US medical system is incentives doctors pushing expensive interventions and drugs before physiological counseling.
